The ingredients we use always fulfil the highest standards of quality and freshness. We pay attention to the use of regional products, such as freshly baked farmhouse bread, sausage, bacon and cheese from the surrounding region. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:30 o´clock.

Japanese cuisine at the highest level
Japanese cuisine at the 5-star Hotel Weisses Roessl ZUMA was founded by chef Rainer Becker in London in 2002 and offers its guests Japanese cuisine of the very highest quality.
The Zuma kitchen essentially consists of three different components: The main kitchen with a selection of contemporary dishes, the Sushi Bar and the Robata Grill. Inspired by the great success of the fine dining concept, Zuma restaurants have now been opened in world capitals such as Hong Kong, Dubai, New York, Rome and Istanbul.
Every year from the beginning of December to the end of March, ZUMA makes a stop in Kitzbühel and will delight its guests in our 5-star Hotel Weisses Rössl.
