Are car parking spaces available at the hotel?

Due to our central location, we have limited on-site parking, which is available to our guests for a fee for the duration of their stay. Parking spaces can be reserved for EUR 15.00 in summer / EUR 30.00 in winter – either directly in front of the hotel or in our private parking zone just a 2-minute walk away. Allocation is handled by our reception team based on your arrival time. Therefore, we ask that you reserve in advance. If the hotel parking lot is full, we will be happy to inform you about public parking spaces in the surrounding area.

Is there a spa area in the hotel?

There is a mini spa in the hotel, which can be used in summer and winter on request. There is a sauna and a steam bath.

At what times is the reception desk staffed?

How far is the Hahnenkamm cable car from the hotel?

The Hahnenkamm cable car can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. You can also travel comfortably by train – Hahnenkamm station.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel. We recommend our hotel partners to dog owners: the Lebenberg Schlosshotel, the Hotel Schwarzer Adler, the Hotel Weisses Rössl and the Lisi Family Hotel in Reith bei Kitzbühel. These establishments welcome your four-legged friends at any time.

There are seven room categories in total. The 38 rooms are individually furnished.
